◆Cancellation due to bad weather - Previous Day
In case heavy rain/storm warning for Miyama Town is effective as of 17:00 on the previous day, or chance of rain forecast of the tour date is 80% or higher, the tour will be cancelled (we'll notify you.) No cancellation charge.
◆Bad weather on the tour date
● If no heavy rain/storm warning for Miyama is effective, you may decide to proceed your tour. Plastic rain jacket rental is available (free)
●If you'd like to cancel E-bike rental and have lunch only, JPY1,000 is deducted from tour price and your charge is JPY2,500. Please pick up your lunch at the restaurant.
●If you'd like to cancel both E-bike rental and lunch, we'll charge JPY2,500.
